Jose, the sales rep is awesome, Victor, the project manager was always present and so was Matt. They did all the work with insurance after hail damage. But I also had them do some additional work not related to insurance.
I’m very picky about stuff and they were very open to working with me and listening to my ideas. They were always available.
The craftsmanship was great and I’m very happy with the end results.
Besides the above, one of the biggest things I was happy with was that they use great products, they don’t necessarily go with the big guys and they don’t cut corners.
The big guys can afford to ignore their clients or even write them off. K and M would rather make their clients happy and want to retain their relationships. I couldn’t be more happier."
